Therefore we offer special work shops for your operators
Your operators and maintenance employees, will learn how to operate, set programs and all the other functions, by both practical training and incorporating the instruction manual. So that they are able to handle the machine with confidence after installation.

Was für viele Bereiche des täglichen Lebens gilt, genießt auch bei Ebm oberste Priorität. Ganz in diesem Sinne bieten wir unseren Kunden abgestimmt auf ihren Maschinenpark und ihre Fertigung individuell gestaltbare Wartungsverträge.
Im Zuge dieser Wartungsarbeiten werden Verschleißteile geprüft bzw. ersetzt, die korrekte Funktionsweise des Gerätes inspiziert und Einstellungen bei Bedarf nachjustiert.
Ein detailliert aufgegliederter Wartungsplan ist fixer Bestandteil jedes Ebm-Wartungsvertrages. Abhängig von den jährlichen Betriebsstunden Ihrer Maschinen empfehlen wir Ihnen darin sinnvollen Wartungsintervalle.
Durch einen Wartungsvertrag werden Ihre Maschinenbetriebskosten für Sie transparent und kalkulierbar. Durch die regelmäßige Inspektion sind ihre Maschinen über die gesamte Vertragsdauer zuverlässig verfügbar.

By careful development of our machines we have ensured the use of standard components and standard spare parts. To enable you to react instantly in emergencies we can offer recommended spare parts to hold on stock, competitively priced and finalised with discussion.
How often which parts are needed, is charted and evaluated at Ebm centrally. Then the "basic equipment" of our storage is directed. Also the supplies are listed centrally and always actual.
The service department is available from 7 o'clock MET in the morning – if necessary we also help you on the weekend.
With your phone call you are helped by a competent Ebm-service engineer who looks after the coordination of the necessary measures.
